21. Worth the Watch: Hack Your Health?

Netflix recently offered up for our viewing delight, a “lighthearted and informative documentary that demystifies the role gut health plays in our overall well-being”.

But for some, 79 minutes of science, is just way too long and has people looking for a more digestible (sorry!) summary.

Enter Taylor Kenny with her 8 minute synopsis.

Here at WTYT? we decided to take a closer look at her TLDW to see if a summary can be a great idea or if you want to know more, sometimes you just gotta spend the time yourself!
